1. Who we are

Deskforge is a brand of Animouf LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA — 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801. We operate the website gamingdeskmat.com and sell desk mats, including Japanese design mats, PU leather desk mats, and custom-printed mats. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

2. Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and include free standard shipping — the price you see, like $39.99 for an XXL mat, is the price you pay. Compare-at prices (for example, $59.99) reflect our regular list price before discount.

An order is accepted when we send your Stripe payment confirmation. You choose your design, color, or size in the dropdown at secure checkout, and the option confirmed there is the option we produce and ship — so please double-check it before paying. If we spot an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full before it ships.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment provider. Your card details go directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your full card number. Charges appear in USD.

4. Shipping & delivery

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland. Standard shipping is free and typically takes 7–14 business days after your order (or, for custom mats, after your design is approved). Delivery estimates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays and customs checks outside the US can add time. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns & 30-day money-back guarantee

Catalog items — our standard design mats and PU leather mats — are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your mat arrives damaged, defective, or you're simply not happy with it, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund to your original payment method. The process is described in our Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Custom products

Custom mats are printed to order with your image, which comes with a few extra rules:

• You warrant that you own the rights to any image you send us, or that you have permission to reproduce it on a physical product. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
• We refuse infringing or counterfeit visuals. If your image contains copyrighted characters, brand logos, or trademarks you don't own, we will politely decline it and ask for a replacement — see how to send your design for what works.
• Nothing is printed without your validation. After payment, you email your image to contact@gamingdeskmat.com with your order number. A human reviews it and confirms the print with you before production starts. No validated image means no production — and a full refund on request.
• After production, custom items are non-refundable for convenience (change of mind, no longer wanted), because a mat printed with your image can't be restocked. They remain fully covered for defects: printing errors, damage in transit, or a mat that doesn't match the design you approved will be replaced or refunded.

7. Product information

We work hard to describe our products honestly — real dimensions, real materials (our leather mats are PU leather, not genuine leather), and verified buyer feedback rather than hype. Screens vary, so printed colors may differ slightly from what your monitor shows. Products are intended for everyday consumer desk use.

8. Intellectual property

All content on gamingdeskmat.com — text, product photos, logos, and design catalog — belongs to Animouf LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. For custom orders, you keep ownership of your image; you grant us a limited, one-time license to print it on your ordered product and nothing more. We never reuse or resell customer artwork.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site: no attempts to breach its security, scrape it at scale, place fraudulent orders, or submit unlawful content for custom printing. We may refuse or cancel orders (with a refund of any amount paid for unshipped items) where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.

10. Warranties & limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is" beyond the express commitments on this site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Animouf LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order. Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you; nothing in these terms overrides consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Wyoming, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence gives you the right to a different venue. We'd genuinely rather fix the problem by email first — reach out before anything else.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time (for example, when we add products or shipping destinations). The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to that order.
