Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on every Deskforge order — no minimums, no surcharges. Standard orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Custom mats add 2–3 days for image review and print confirmation. We ship to the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland, with tracking sent by email.

Free shipping, no asterisks

Every order ships free — whether it's a single Japanese desk mat, a PU leather desk mat, or a custom print. The price you see is the price you pay: a $39.99 XXL mat costs $39.99 at checkout, and a $19.99 custom mouse pad costs $19.99. There is no minimum order value, no "handling fee" added at the last step, and no cheaper-but-slower tier we quietly default you to. One shipping method, already included.

Delivery timeframes

All estimates below are in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment.

These are honest, real-world windows — not best-case numbers. Many orders land earlier; a few take the full window, especially around holiday peaks. If your order blows past its estimate, we want to hear about it.

Custom orders: why the extra 2–3 days

Custom mats never go straight to a printer. After checkout, you email your image to contact@gamingdeskmat.com with your order number — full instructions and resolution tips are on the send your design page. A human reviews your file (we recommend at least 2000px on the long edge for XXL, 1000px for the standard size), confirms the print with you, and only then does production start. No validated image means no production — so there is zero risk of paying for a blurry surprise. The clock on the extra 2–3 days starts when we receive your image, so sending it right after checkout keeps things fast.

Where we ship

We currently ship to six countries: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland. These match the destinations available at our secure Stripe checkout — if your country appears there, we deliver to it. If your country is not listed, contact us before ordering and we will tell you straight whether we can get a mat to you.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake after ordering, email us immediately — we can usually correct an address before dispatch, but not once the package is moving.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a day or two to show its first scan, and international legs sometimes go quiet between checkpoints — that is normal and does not mean your package is lost. If you have not received a tracking email within a few days of ordering (check spam first), or your tracking stalls well past the estimated window, email contact@gamingdeskmat.com with your order number and we will chase it down.

Customs and import duties (non-US orders)

Orders to Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland may occasionally be assessed customs or import charges by your local authorities. These charges are set by your country's customs office, not by Deskforge, and where applicable they are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict, prepay, or refund them, and we will not falsify customs declarations to dodge them.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your package does not arrive within the estimated window, or tracking shows it lost in transit, contact us and we will make it right: we reship your order or refund it in full — your choice. If a mat arrives damaged, send us a quick photo and we will replace it under our 30-day money-back guarantee. You will never be left arguing with a carrier on our behalf.

Shipping questions

Do orders ship on weekends?

No — processing and delivery estimates count business days only, Monday through Friday. An order placed Friday evening starts processing the next business day.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address. We can usually fix it before dispatch; after the package ships, we can no longer redirect it.

My tracking has not updated in days — should I worry?

Usually not. International shipments often go several days between scans, especially mid-route. If tracking stalls for an extended stretch or your order passes the 14-business-day window (17 for customs), email us and we will investigate, then reship or refund.
