Terms of Service
The rules and guidelines for using DeskForge. Please read these carefully before using our platform.
1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the DeskForge service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
2Use of the Service
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
3User Content
You own your designs.
Users retain full ownership of their designs, code, and content. We do not claim ownership over anything you create using DeskForge.
By using the platform and importing designs (e.g., from Figma), you grant us the necessary permissions to process, parse, and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you (such as generating code and building your application).
4Third-Party Services
Our service integrates with various third-party platforms to provide a seamless experience. These include:
5Limitation of Liability
"As Is" Basis
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
In no event shall DeskForge, its directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
6Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
7Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
